Premium Syrups

This syrup is designed to be used in products with hot or cold milk. The syrup will not curdle milk like other brands of syrups do. This is a very important design feature, since most syrups are used in coffed lattes and cappuccinos, and steamed milk. The fruit flavors of this group also do not curdle milk products and can favorably be used in sodas with cream - cremosa's (creamed sodas).

This group is identified by a gold colored label and a gold tamper evident sleeve on the top of each bottle.

All syrups are non-alcoholic.

For Cappuccinos and Latte's

Add 1/2 (15 ml) of Premium Syrup to a cup of cappuccino or coffee latte (8 oz - 250ml) and add a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate on top. Adjust to taste or for larger cups.

For Classic Italian Sodas

Fill soda glass (up to 11 fl. oz., 325 ml) 3/4 full with ice and soda. Add 1 to 1 1/2 fl. oz. (30 to 45 ml) of Fruit flavored Syrup and mix well. Adjust to taste.

For a Creamed Italian Soda add 1 fl. oz. of half and half (light cream) and stir. Hawaii's Choice Premium Natural Fruit Syrup will curdle cream whereas Premium Fruit Flavors will not.
