No Preservatives
Most bagged prunes on the market contain potassium sorbate as a preservative. This special "Hot Pack" product contains no added potassium sorbate. Great appeal to the health conscious consumer.

Prunes can be packed at higher moistures than those available using traditional packaging methods.
Traditional moisture levels: 27-32%
Hot pack prunes: 30 – 35% moisture

Shelf Life of 18 months when stored in a cool dry environment.
