and packed with safe measures. HACCP has become the
industry standard throughout North America and Europe.
All
affliliated growers and processing plants are audited
by the AIB (American Institute of Baking) where operations
is required to maintain daily compliance to AIB requirements.
All
operations facilities are inspected quarterly under
the DFA (Dried Fruit & Nut Assn) sanitation program.
